Common questions

How do I start, and what does it cost?

Make an account and start typing. Atlas Free stays free: three spaces, thirty tasks, twenty-five saved items and thirty days of history. Atlas Pro is $39 a month or $399 a year with no caps, and the first 7 days are free. Your card is saved at signup and nothing is charged before day 8.

What happens if I cancel during the free days?

Nothing is charged. Cancel any time inside the first 7 days and you pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you already paid for ends. Your work is never deleted when a plan ends — the caps simply come back.

Does Atlas do things without asking me?

Atlas creates tasks, reminders and documents when you clearly asked for the outcome, and it writes email as a draft for you to read and send. Everything it does on its own is written down under Activity, where you can undo a single change or a whole batch. Nothing leaves Atlas on its own unless you switch on automatic sending for a specific job.

Who can see what I put into Atlas?

Only you, unless you share it. Your notes, pictures, documents and contacts are private to your account. A shared link opens exactly one item for exactly one person, read-only, and you can take it back at any time. In a shared space, only the people you invite see that space.

Can I use my own calendar, email and files?

Yes. Connections lets you attach services like your calendar so Atlas can see what is already booked. You can also upload documents, photos, spreadsheets and PDFs, or simply tell Atlas what it needs to know. Nothing is connected until you connect it.

How do I get my things out of Atlas?

Every document, chart and picture can be opened and saved from your Workspace, and lists can be copied. If you want a full copy of everything on your account, write to us and we will put it together for you.

Something looks wrong, or a page will not load.

Reload the page first — most hiccups clear on their own. If it happens again, use Send feedback inside Atlas and say what page you were on and what you were doing. That note reaches us directly and we reply in the same place.

Do you offer plans for a team or an organization?

Yes. Shared spaces cover a group working on one thing, and Enterprise covers an organization with its own security and deployment requirements. The Enterprise page has a short quote form that reaches us with the details.
